Wonderful

The hotel is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from the central station, which made it very convenient for getting around. Overall, everything was good – the room was clean. The only downside was the poor sound insulation; we could hear some street noise at night. However, it wasn’t too bad, and we still managed to get a good night’s sleep.

Location. Right next to milano centrale, as we were traveling by train that was important. The breakfast was very good too.

Nice hotel in the center of the city!

Excellent location just around the train station. The breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices.

The room was small but was okay for just one night.

Wonderful

Clean and close to the public transportation. You can take subway or tram whenever you want. It’s very convenient place

They did not offer iron which is a bit unexpected. When I asked they brought me one but they take it from room while I am outside without even ask my permission to get into the room. Ithe room has odor also

When it’s summer you should have an efficient fridge in your room

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. Convenient to the Milano Centrale train station. We stayed in the adjacent building on the 7th floor. The room was small but comfortable

The fridge is useless! Time to upgrade. It is summer and the water was hardly cold. The Aircon worked for a bit and then it stopped. This was unpleasant. We did not complain as it was late at night and the thought of a technici on in our room or being moved was too much of a hassle. The equipment is old and should have been replaced a few years back.

Don't be deceived - you aren't staying in the hotel

Check in and late check out was easily organized at the main desk of the hotel. Showers were great and beds were comfortable.

It isn't clear that you are staying in a mixed use building next door to the actual hotel. This is very deceiving. Means multiple trips outside onto the street for ice or to use the hotel facilities. Plus Only one building key for a booking of three people was permitted for building access which led to two of my party being followed and harassed by undesirables while trying to obtain access to a room they had fully paid for. The location is super convenient but that also exposes guests to nearby vagrants if travelling out at night. Street parking was hard to find this close to the station but we managed that without help from the hotel staff.

Lovely hotel, a quick walk from the Milano Centrale station, lovely staff and comfy beds

Good, but cleaning staff should have recognised a blocked basin.

Very close to Milano Centrale station on a very quiet street. Helpful staff when we had a problem with our room. Extensive breakfast selection.

The first room we had had a blocked basin in the bathroom. The floor was sticky. The staff couldn't sort it, so moved us to a different room.

Great staff and location.

The location was 2 minutes from Centrale Station, the staff were friendly and helpful and suggesting locations to visit and helping with the Metro etc.

Whilst the breakfast was continental, it did seem to be lacking somewhat, but that is just personal preference! €5 city tax per person, per night which unfortunately is obligatory!
